These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with HOTEL BILAL, 313, GST Road, Chrompet, Chennai – 600044, Tamil Nadu, India. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Orders
- An order is confirmed only when we accept it, by phone, WhatsApp, or by starting to prepare it after a successful payment.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, we are closed, or the delivery address is outside our area. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.
- Please give a correct name, mobile number and address. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.
2. Prices and menu
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices and availability may change without notice. The price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.
- Items marked "Price on request" are confirmed with you on WhatsApp or phone before you pay.
- Food photos are for illustration. Actual dishes may look slightly different.
- Our food is non-vegetarian and may contain or come into contact with common allergens (for example, nuts, dairy, gluten, egg). Please tell us about any allergy before ordering.
3. Payment
- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We never see or store your card or bank details.

5. Use of this website
- The HOTEL BILAL name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to HOTEL BILAL. Please don't copy them without permission.
- Videos and reviews shown here come from YouTube, Instagram and Google and belong to their creators.
- We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

விதிமுறைகள் (தமிழில்)
- நாங்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொண்ட பிறகே ஆர்டர் உறுதியாகும். உணவு இல்லாவிட்டால் அல்லது கடை மூடியிருந்தால் ஆர்டரை ரத்து செய்யலாம்; பணம் செலுத்தியிருந்தால் முழுத் தொகையும் திரும்பத் தருவோம்.
- விலைகள் இந்திய ரூபாயில் (₹). விலை மாறலாம்; நீங்கள் பணம் செலுத்தும் போது காட்டப்படும் விலையே இறுதி.
- "விலை கேட்டறியுங்கள்" உணவுகளின் விலையை பணம் செலுத்தும் முன் WhatsApp / ஃபோனில் உறுதி செய்வோம்.
- போட்டோக்கள் உதாரணத்திற்கு மட்டும். ஒவ்வாமை (allergy) இருந்தால் ஆர்டருக்கு முன் சொல்லுங்கள்.
- ஆன்லைன் பணம் Razorpay மூலம் பாதுகாப்பாக நடக்கிறது.
- டெலிவரி, ரத்து, ரீஃபண்ட் பற்றி எங்கள் டெலிவரி மற்றும் ரீஃபண்ட் கொள்கைகளைப் பாருங்கள்.
- இந்திய சட்டங்கள் பொருந்தும்; பிரச்சனைகள் சென்னை நீதிமன்றங்களின் வரம்புக்கு உட்பட்டவை.
